There will be No Parking on Torrey Lane from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and side streets will be restricted to one side of the street. Firthcliffe Heights Water District Residents - Hydrant Flushing Notice The Town of New Windsor Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants on Monday, September 19, 2022 and continue through Friday, October 7, 2022. Town residents and Stewart Airport occupants as well as the Firthcliffe Heights section of Cornwall may experience some water discoloration and low water pressure during this time.
