Tiffany N. Gagliano is a Newburgh, New York native and has lived in and around the Cornwall area for over twenty years; she resides in Cornwall-on-Hudson with her husband James. They proudly share five children between them – four who are graduates of the Cornwall Central School District, and a twelve-year-old who is currently enrolled at Cornwall Middle School. Mrs. Gagliano earned her Bachelor’s degree at Mount Saint Mary College, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University. She is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and serves as the Dean of the School of Business at Mount Saint Mary College. She has served in a variety of roles within the City of Newburgh and Orange County.

Mrs. Gagliano has a deep commitment to community, having volunteered for most of her adult life in innumerable community service roles. In addition to serving as the Chairperson for the Cornwall Youth Committee, she is the current Vice-Chairperson of the board for Girls on the Run Hudson Valley, the past Vice-Chair of the Alumni board for the Storm King School, and has volunteered for Cornwall Little League, Cornwall Girls Basketball League, and the Newburgh Armory Unity Center, amongst others.

Sarah Creagan is an Ohio native who has lived in Cornwall since 2014. She is married to Jim Creagan with whom she shares four great children: Claire (9), Danny (7), Charlie (4), and Rose (2). She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007. She is a licensed attorney in Arizona, Indiana, and New York and practiced criminal law for five years before deciding to stay home full time with her children. She is very excited for the opportunity to serve and strengthen the community through this committee.

Jennifer Borland is a fifth grade teacher at Cornwall Central Middle School (CCMS). Ms. Borland earned her certificate of advanced studies in Educational Administration at SUNY New Paltz, as well as a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Students with Disabilities at Mount Saint Mary College. She is the Science Coordinator for CCMS.

Ms. Borland is the Chairperson for Girls on the Run Hudson Valley; an evidence-based program that inspires girl empowerment by building confidence, kindness and decision making skills. She is a strong advocate for children both in and out of the classroom.

Ms. Borland lives in Cornwall with her husband, Rich Ward, a physical education teacher at CCMS and a varsity football coach for the green dragons. They share 4 children; Neal (18), Abby (17), Jake (17) and Jake (13).

With advanced, post graduate degrees in Health, Physical Education and Sports Management as well as a playing and coaching background, Tom Frambach has held the position of General Manager at New York City’s largest youth soccer club, Downtown United Soccer Club (DUSC) since 2012. DUSC is a non-profit organization that has grown to serve 5,000+ kids annually in classes, camps, travel teams and recreation leagues. Prior to DUSC, Tom coached at the youth and collegiate level and worked as General Manager at Frozen Ropes, Sports Director at Club Fit and Associate Sports Director at Asphalt Green.

Tom was born and raised in Orange County and enjoys spending time volunteering as a coach with Cornwall United Soccer Club and the Cornwall Little League and is a board member with Cornwall United Soccer Club. He is married to Tara Frambach and they have three children Tristan (9), Jevin (7) and Genevieve (5).

Lori Beth Paliotta was raised in Cornwall, New York. She is married to Gregg Paliotta and has five children whose ages range between four and 16. Lori Beth has been lucky enough to focus on her family as a stay at home mom since 2013. She loves her community and will lend a helping hand wherever she can. Lori Beth holds Girls on the Run near and dear to her heart as she has volunteered as a coach for a total of 8 years so far. She also has been a Cub Scout den leader for two years. You can find her helping out at lots of school events and has recently joined Cornwall on Hudson Elementary’s PTO. Lori Beth is looking forward to exploring exciting new ideas for our youth with this committee.

Susan Ryan originally hails from the Midwest and has worked with children as long as she can remember, as both a professional (teacher and nanny) and a volunteer (youth groups and school committees). She most recently moved to Cornwall from Brooklyn after discovering that raising four kids in 800 square feet is a bit challenging — and looks forward to serving the youth in whatever capacity she can.

Rokhsha Michael-Razi’s passion in life has always been centered around building connections with people from all over the globe. Prior to moving to Cornwall in 1999, she lived in Australia and Japan, and she speaks four languages (English, Farsi, Japanese, and Azeri dialect of Turkish).

Rokhsha has combined her love of health and fitness with teaching since 2010. She has been teaching tennis for over 10 years in various capacities. She has been the lead instructor and coordinator for Cornwall Junior Tennis Club for the past 8 years, and she has taught tennis at various school districts in Orange County, including coaching the James O’Neill High School Boys Varsity Team and the Girls Varsity Team since Spring 2019. She is a USPTA staff professional and won the USTA Eastern Section Award for 2021 Volunteer of the Year.

She was elected to Cornwall’s Town Board as a Council Member in Nov 2021 and is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community. She is the Youth Committee Liaison and looks forward to achieving positive results by empowering and motivating our youth!

Outside of her professional life, Rokhsha is continuously learning. She maintains her language skills tutoring Japanese and Farsi, attends seminars to stay updated on the latest developments in teaching methods, loves to cook new and healthy recipes, and deep dive into the world of classical music. She also has a great respect and appreciation for nature, and can be found hiking the local trails in the Hudson Valley regularly.

Rokhsha is married to Babak, a research scientist specializing in the brain and magnetic resonance imaging, and they share a daughter, Atra, who resides in Australia and works as an attorney for a multinational company.
