Tiffany N. Gagliano is a Newburgh, New York native and has lived in and around the Cornwall area for over twenty years; she resides in Cornwall-on-Hudson with her husband James. They proudly share five children between them – four who are graduates of the Cornwall Central School District, and a teenager who is a current student at Cornwall Middle School. Mrs. Gagliano earned her Bachelor’s degree at Mount Saint Mary College, and her Juris Doctor degree from Pace University. She is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and serves as the Chief of Staff and General Counsel at Mount Saint Mary College, where she also teaches. She has served in leadership roles within the City of Newburgh and Orange County.

Mrs. Gagliano has a deep commitment to community, having volunteered for most of her adult life in innumerable community service roles. In addition to serving as the Chairperson for the Cornwall Youth Committee; she is a past chair, past Vice-Chair, and current Board member for Girls on the Run Hudson Valley; the past Vice-Chair of the Alumni board for the Storm King School, and has volunteered for Cornwall Little League, Cornwall Girls Basketball League, and the Newburgh Armory Unity Center, amongst others.

Sarah Creagan is an Ohio native who has lived in Cornwall since 2014. She is married to Jim Creagan with whom she shares four great children: Claire (9), Danny (7), Charlie (4), and Rose (2). She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007. She is a licensed attorney in Arizona, Indiana, and New York and practiced criminal law for five years before deciding to stay home full time with her children. She is very excited for the opportunity to serve and strengthen the community through this committee.

Sally Hilderbrand graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration and received an MBA from Columbus State University. When she married an Army Infantry Officer, she embraced the Army lifestyle which has led to 11 moves from all over the southeast to Kansas, Italy, Louisiana, North Carolina, and New York. During this time, she has been afforded the opportunity to work in various capacities in the business industry to include banking and finance in supporting clients in Ireland, Amsterdam and Canada, restaurant management, and fitness facilitation and management to include establishing a military non-profit while living in Italy.

One of Sally’s proudest roles is the two years spent serving in a volunteer position as the Senior Advisor for her spouse's Battalion's Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG). This team worked to support over 700 paratroopers and their family members. Leading a team of volunteers was a unique leadership challenge but truly one of her most rewarding experiences!

In 2020, Sally and her family relocated to Cornwall, NY. Her husband has since retired from the Army, and they have chosen Cornwall as their home.

Sally and her husband have been married for almost 20 years and have two very active boys. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors--tennis, archery, hiking, spending time with family, and all things foodie related!

Lori Beth Paliotta was raised in Cornwall, New York. She is married to Gregg Paliotta and has five children whose ages range between four and 16. Lori Beth has been lucky enough to focus on her family as a stay at home mom since 2013. She loves her community and will lend a helping hand wherever she can. Lori Beth holds Girls on the Run near and dear to her heart as she has volunteered as a coach for a total of 8 years so far. She also has been a Cub Scout den leader for two years. You can find her helping out at lots of school events and has recently joined Cornwall on Hudson Elementary’s PTO. Lori Beth is looking forward to exploring exciting new ideas for our youth with this committee.

Meighan Fogarty is a second grade teacher at Cornwall Elementary School (CES). Prior to teaching in Cornwall, she taught first grade at Tisdale Elementary School in Ramsey, NJ where she lived for five years. Meighan earned her Master of Arts in Education from St. Peter’s College, as well as a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at The College of Saint Elizabeth. Outside of the classroom, Meighan has volunteered for Families for Families and The Newburgh Ministry. She is looking forward to giving back to the Cornwall community through her volunteer work with the Youth Committee. Meighan and her husband Steve, both native to Newburgh, NY, have lived in Cornwall-on-Hudson for the past thirteen years. They are the proud parents of Ciara (13) and Jack (10), who both currently attend Cornwall Central Middle School. In her free time, Meighan enjoys biking, playing tennis and skiing with her family and friends.

Rokhsha Michael-Razi’s passion in life has always been centered around building connections with people from all over the globe. Prior to moving to Cornwall in 1999, she lived in Australia and Japan, and she speaks four languages (English, Farsi, Japanese, and Azeri dialect of Turkish).

Rokhsha has combined her love of health and fitness with teaching since 2010. She has been teaching tennis for over 10 years in various capacities. She has been the lead instructor and coordinator for Cornwall Junior Tennis Club for the past 8 years, and she has taught tennis at various school districts in Orange County, including coaching the James O’Neill High School Boys Varsity Team and the Girls Varsity Team since Spring 2019. She is a USPTA staff professional and won the USTA Eastern Section Award for 2021 Volunteer of the Year.

She was elected to Cornwall’s Town Board as a Council Member in Nov 2021 and is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community. She is the Youth Committee Liaison and looks forward to achieving positive results by empowering and motivating our youth!

Outside of her professional life, Rokhsha is continuously learning. She maintains her language skills tutoring Japanese and Farsi, attends seminars to stay updated on the latest developments in teaching methods, loves to cook new and healthy recipes, and deep dive into the world of classical music. She also has a great respect and appreciation for nature, and can be found hiking the local trails in the Hudson Valley regularly.

Rokhsha is married to Babak, a research scientist specializing in the brain and magnetic resonance imaging, and they share a daughter, Atra, who resides in Australia and works as an attorney for a multinational company.
